Dr. James

My journey starts when I was a kid, and my parents were encouraged to put me on
medication for ADHD. They decided to try something else, which was chiropractic. I will
never forget the feeling of that first adjustment, and it felt like a bucket of water being poured
over my head as every muscle in my body calmed. Fast forward 20 years, after working
construction and sales, I decided to pursue my dream of being a chiropractor at 27 years old.

At Palmer College of Chiropractic because of my time spent in the job field before
pursuing my education it taught me how to ask the right question and learn how to work with
professors to allow me to really learn how to fix so many issues that have popped up in my
tenure being a Doctor of Chiropractic. I had amazing opportunities to work along side and learn
from some of the most talented chiropractors in the world through the school system and being
part of the Troxell intern program. I was able to be nominated and be a finalist for the clinical
excellence award through Palmer and was given the white rabbit award through the Troxell
intern program.

Now I have been working at Southwest Family Chiropractic since 2020 and have met so
many amazing people. Learning so much about ADHD/ADD/Autism, fertility issues,
Neuropathy, and autoimmune issues which I would love to educate everyone on. My wife and I
spend so much time reading and learning constantly bouncing our understand off each other
allowing us to constantly grow. We bought our family farm where my wife and son Donnie
spend our time working on projects and fixing up the property, we also love to travel the world
and experiencing everything it has to offer and learning as much about other cultures as we can.
